Tatiana Stantonian is a Principal Engineer and engineering manager at the Financial Times, based in London. She works across teams to shape the systems and direction for FT.com’s Customer Lifecycle area, including subscription growth and retention. With a background at the Government Digital Service and over a decade in software engineering, she’s passionate about the intersection of user experience, business impact, and technical systems. She recently led the implementation of two major AI projects at the FT, and loves helping teams find the highest value work they can deliver.
