Jan currently works as an Employer Branding Manager at Datamole.io, where she leads initiatives across events, communities, and content to attract technical talent. Previously, he shaped global employer branding at Whalebone and built Kiwi.com’s first community team in the Czech Republic. Earlier, she managed open-source communities at Red Hat and helped scale DevConf.cz to 1,200+ attendees.
