13:55–14:45Workshop
Complexity Is a Feature. Now What?
AWS goes down. Azure follows. Half the internet breaks. This isn't a bug — it's the system working as designed. In this workshop, we stop pretending complexity can be removed and start engineering it intentionally. You'll walk through how to reduce blast radius, how to take cognitive load off your engineers, and why treating platform engineering as a product is the leadership bet worth making. Practical frameworks, real examples, and a clear mandate: build systems your teams can change without fear.
