Using short interactive exercise, you’ll experience that there might be a different way how things can be relayed - without selling your soul to the devil of politics. We’ll break down common manipulation and political techniques that show up in everyday meetings: e.g. agenda control, anchoring, priming information, fake consensus, or elicitation - and explain why they work. Just as importantly, we’ll cover practical ways to spot these patterns early, defend against them, and make your ideas heard without becoming cynical or toxic.
